Blog directory in new window

You are bloger, and your blog is on many directorys. You have few directory buttons on your blog. Now, problem is they are all open in same window, so you have feeling they are stealing you visitours. Answer is simple.
When they give you code, and code is something like this:

<a href= "http://workfromhome-at">Work from home</a>

just ad

target="_blank"

like this

<a href= "http://workfromhome-at" target="_blank">Work from home</a>

and when someone click on that link, site will open in new window.
